Update on Billy...

Heard about three ½ hours ago - it’s Hodgkin’s.  I don’t know which kind.  No one was prepared for this except Tom’s oldest sis Susan and her hubby Cecil (they live in CA).  Susan is a nurse and Cecil is a doc.  When this first started, they told Mom Gibbs this is what they suspected.  But the docs told Billy the worst it would be is cancer of the thymus.  They were wrong.  This has floored Cathy. 

I know Lemeiux had a form of Hodgkin’s.  Also, my sweet friend Debbie Alsobrook’s husband had a form of Hodgkin’s.  And both are fine!  Mario back to playing hockey and David is back doing the usual.  I hope this is what Billy has.  I’ve friends who are nurses and I’ve been told the treatments are “brutal.”  Please continue to keep Billy, Cathy, Aaron, Jacob and Rose in your prayers.
